Pricing

1.Price Excludes Postage: Postage varies based on time, weight, and location.

2.Postage Charges: Postage is based on the actual weight of the product and will be charged once the item is packed and ready to ship from the warehouse.

3.Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Different products have different MOQs.

Design

1. Image Submission: You must provide your own image.

2. Copyright Responsibility: H3W2 is not responsible for any copyright issues. Customers must ensure they have permission to use any images and are responsible for copyright compliance.

3. Design Amendments: You have three chances to make minor amendments to the design. Any additional amendments will incur a charge of RM2 per change. Once the design is confirmed, no further changes are allowed.

4. Original Design Copy: We provide the original design copy after confirmation.

5. Design Time: Please allow 5 days for design completion.

6. Urgent Orders: Orders needed within 3 days are considered urgent and will incur double charges.

7. Reselling Prohibition: Do not resell the design.

8. Portfolio Rights: H3W2 reserves the right to display the design in our portfolio.

9. Image Quality: Low-resolution photos may result in lower quality prints.

Printing

1. File Requirements: Please provide the correct size and file type required for each product.

2. Quality Considerations: Please be aware of the possibility of flaws and slight color variations

3. Design Quality: The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the design submitted.

4. Order Timing: Please place orders at least 1 month before your event. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 15 working days.

5. No Refunds: Customized items are strictly non-refundable.

6. Manufacturing Origin: Some items are made in Malaysia, while most are made in China.

7. Image Resolution: Low-resolution photos may result in lower quality prints.

Shipping

1. Standard ETA: ETA is 15 working days for all products. During seasonal periods, it may take 4-5 weeks.

2. Printing and Delivery Time: Printing takes 15 working days. Delivery takes an additional 8-10 working days if the second payment is made within 1 day after notice.

3. Payment Timeframe: H3W2 is not responsible for delays if the customer takes longer to make the second payment.

4. Special Events: Special events may result in longer delivery times. Customers will be informed accordingly.

5. Parcel Delivery: If customers are unable to receive their parcel (e.g., not at home), H3W2 is not responsible. Customers must arrange re-delivery with the courier company themselves.
